Sarah Kaub

Sarah Kaub has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding multiple HR positions at Ottawa University since October 2008, including HRIS Administrator, HR Systems Manager, and HRIS Coordinator. Responsibilities include ensuring HR policy compliance, enhancing process effectiveness, and improving the employee experience. Sarah has also served as a Human Resources Assistant and HR Secretary, providing customer service and operational support to the department. Prior experience includes working as a Billing Clerk at Lawrence Family Medicine & Obstetrics, where responsibilities encompassed billing, payment processing, and communication with patients and insurance companies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Information Systems from Ottawa University, along with an Associate degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Daymar Institute.
