Kelly Dolbec

Kelly Dolbec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Fuel and Grounds Supervisor at Otter Tail Power Company since August 2021. Kelly has also held the role of Project Manager at the same company since December 2018, demonstrating a strong ability to manage complex projects. Prior to these roles, Kelly worked as a Mechanic at Ottertail Power Co starting in January 2001, and previously held an Operations position at Flint Hills Refinery from January 1996 to January 2001.
