Thomas van Schaik

Thomas van Schaik is a seasoned professional in the field of Customer Success, currently serving as Manager Customer Success at OTYS Recruiting Technology since September 2017. In this role, Thomas leads a team of seven Customer Success Managers, enhancing the recruitment process through a powerful software system that optimizes candidate and vacancy management. Prior to this position, Thomas worked as a Customer Success Manager and a Front End Web Developer at MarketingKarwei, where responsibilities included graphic design tasks, web optimization, and the redesign of the company's visual identity during a graduation internship. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Multimedia Design from Avans University of Applied Sciences and completed an Erasmus semester at Universitat Politècnica de València. Educational experiences also include a VWO diploma from Pax Christi College focused on Nature & Technique.
