Sarah Schmitz

Sarah Schmitz has a strong background in operations and management roles in the fitness industry. Sarah most recently worked at Oula as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Tend from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Tend, Sarah worked at Heyday as a District Manager, where they focused on optimizing scheduling and shop utilization, developed staffing strategies, and coached and trained employees. Earlier in their career, they held positions at SoulCycle Inc., starting as a Keyholder and working their way up to District Manager, Area Manager, Studio Manager & Training Lead, and Assistant Studio Manager. In these roles, they successfully managed multiple studios, fostered relationships, and drove performance. Sarah also has experience as an Instructor/Associate at Krater Studios.
