Zeynep Yildirim Haydaroglu

Zeynep Yildirim Haydaroglu has a diverse work experience in project management and delivery roles. Zeynep Yildirim started their career at KoçSistem as a Software Development Consultant before moving up to become a Senior Software Development Consultant and later a Solution Architect in the Software Development Architecture Office. In these roles, they gathered business requirements, designed technical architecture, and guided development teams.

Zeynep Yildirim then joined Commencis as a Project Manager in the PMO, where they managed the delivery of digital technology projects for international and local clients. Zeynep Yildirim also served as a Scrum Master, ensuring the team adhered to Agile principles. Later, they were promoted to Head of PMO, overseeing the quality of project management practices and monitoring KPI and budget performance.

Currently, Zeynep is at Ounass as the Head of Delivery Management (PMO & QA). Zeynep Yildirim has successfully set up Project Management capabilities within the Product & Technology teams, implementing data-driven delivery approaches and optimizing release processes. Zeynep Yildirim also leads the PMO and Quality Assurance teams and mentors them for growth and process improvements.

Throughout their career, Zeynep has demonstrated strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a focus on delivering excellent results.

Zeynep Yildirim Haydaroglu earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sabanci University from 2004 to 2008. Zeynep Yildirim also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master, obtained from the Scrum Alliance in April 2016.
