Keith Pletta

Keith Pletta has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Keith currently holds the position of Senior Staff Electrical Engineer at Ryvid Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineer in Propulsion and Thermal Controls at Faraday Future. Before that, they were a Senior Principle Engineer in Applications Engineering at Our Next Energy (ONE). Keith also has experience as a Powertrain Controls Engineer at Canoo and as the Manager of Powertrain Control Systems at Divergent 3D. Keith has also worked as a Senior EV Powertrain Engineer at Divergent 3D and as a Principle Engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation, specializing in alternative powertrain vehicles. Keith's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior System Integration Software Engineer at CODA Automotive, a Senior Hybrid Powertrain Systems Engineer at Quantum Technologies, and a Powertrain Product Development Engineer at Chrysler LLC. Keith began their career as an Advanced Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems.

Keith Pletta holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Keith also has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science (BSMA/CS) from Lawrence Technological University. Furthermore, they have obtained an MBA from Wayne State University. Additionally, Keith Pletta has been recognized as an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who in December 2024.
