Lmhc Nicole Inclán

Nicole Inclán, LMHC, is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Out & Equal, specializing in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Since June 2023, Nicole has facilitated over 150 learning sessions annually for diverse clients, including Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations, while also creating innovative learning materials. Concurrently, as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida since May 2019, Nicole develops and teaches Student Life Skills classes for international students. Previous roles include serving as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Partner at AdventHealth, a Student Services Advisor at Global UCF, and a Senior Youth Counselor at Zebra Coalition, focusing on mental health support for LGBTQ+ youth. Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College, where earlier involvement included supporting underrepresented student identities through various programs.
