Ben Phillips

Ben Phillips has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Ben currently holds the position of Business Development Lead at Outbox. Prior to this, they founded Work In Sport, an organization that provides career guidance in the sports industry. Ben also served as the Commercial Lead for Europe at Infront X and the Commercial Manager at InCrowd, where they established and maintained relationships with major sports organizations and brands. Before that, they were the Commercial Manager for MotoGP at TRMG Ltd and an Account Manager at SevenC3. Ben'searlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at Mediaplanet, where they focused on generating revenue through new business development and managing campaign partners.

Ben Phillips began their education at Colne Community School from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their GCSE degree with a focus on 13 subjects with A*-C grades. Ben then attended Colchester Sixth Form College from 2010 to 2012, achieving their A-Level degree. Ben went on to pursue higher education at the University of East Anglia from 2012 to 2015, where they specialized in Communication and Media Studies and obtained their degree in Media.
