John Fleming

John Fleming has held a number of key management positions throughout their career. In 1980, they began their career at Texas Instruments in the Information Systems and Services division, where they held the position of Director of Marketing. In 1992, they co-founded MetaSolv Software, a start-up that developed applications based on leading computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tools. In 1994, they moved to Powersoft Corporation as the Director of Product Marketing. In 1995, they joined Pilot Software as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. In 2000, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer at workplaceIQ, an Israeli enterprise software company. In 2002, John joined Dassault Systemes as the Vice President of Collaborative Enterprise Sourcing, Senior Vice President and General Manager of MatrixOne Electronics SBU, and Senior Vice President of MatrixOne Worldwide Marketing. In 2007, they became a Small Business Owner at Outcome Labs, where they served as the product architect and virtual CTO for three of their clients. In 2020, John joined the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH as the MQA System Support Services Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Software Engineering Manager at The Florida Lottery, where they are responsible for the development and support of the Lottery websites and business management applications.

John Fleming attended St. John's Prep from 1969 to 1972. John then went on to earn a B.S. in Political Science from Salem State University between 1976 and 1979.
