Will Cederquist

Will Cederquist has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Will began their work experience at Koalafi in January 2021 as a Sales Representative, where they achieved excellent results and managed accounts in different territories. In July 2021, they transitioned into a Recruiting Coordinator role, where they showed high performance in sales and coordinated interviews across all departments. During this time, they also identified and implemented tools to streamline the recruiting process. In July 2022, they took on the role of Recruiting Specialist at Koalafi, where they continued to contribute to the company's recruitment efforts. Currently, Will is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Outerspace, a position they began in February 2023.

Will Cederquist obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Virginia Military Institute. Will attended from 2016 to 2020.
