Nikki Caw

Nikki Caw has extensive work experience, having held various roles at different companies. In 2018, Nikki joined Outreach International, where they served as Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Nikki worked with the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to establish and execute organization strategies. They were responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Support, and Building Operations. Prior to their position at Outreach International, Nikki worked at the Federal Reserve Bank, starting in 2008 as a Senior Analyst. They then progressed to roles as Senior Supervisor from 2011 to 2013 and Senior Manager from 2013 to 2017.

Nikki Caw attended William Jewell College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Economics. Nikki then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Kansas from 2010 to 2014, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In 2016, Nikki completed Executive Leadership Training at the University of Michigan, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
