Hanrui Zou

Hanrui Zou started working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020 as a Cloud Support Engineer. After working there for nearly two years, they left in November 2021. In December 2021, Hanrui Zou joined Outreach as a Technical Support Engineer, and they are currently in that role.

Hanrui Zou attended Washington University in St. Louis from 2017 to 2019. They did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In 2023, Hanrui Zou obtained a certification as a Certified Administrator from Outreach.
