Jaqueline Duarte is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in consulting, customer success, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Sr. Professional Services Consultant at Outreach since February 2021, Jaqueline has previously held multiple roles at Market Logic Software from June 2018 to September 2020, including Global Platform Engagement Consultant and Global Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes roles in implementation and customer success at vrsus and as a bilingual litigation paralegal at Miner, Barnhill & Galland, P.C. Jaqueline has also contributed to various organizations in community engagement and support roles during academic pursuits at the University of Michigan and has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and training at the University of Michigan - Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, the United States Naval Academy, and the Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy.
