Katy Fitch

Katy Fitch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in recruiting and event management. Katy currently works at Outreach as a Manager, Recruiting. Prior to this, they worked at Tableau Software in multiple positions including Recruiting Team Lead, Senior Recruiter in Sales, and Events and Campus Recruiting Manager. In these roles, they successfully planned and executed numerous events, managed event messaging and logistics, and collaborated with marketing to ensure brand alignment. Additionally, Katy has experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at Tableau Software, where they coordinated high-volume recruiting activities and provided support to recruiters and hiring managers. Before joining Tableau, Katy worked at Motricity as an Executive Assistant to the Interim CEO and a Recruiting Coordinator, where they played a key role in developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and supporting the intern program.
