Kyle Chapman

Kyle Chapman has extensive experience in the field of Salesforce development and administration. Kyle most recently worked at Outreach as a Salesforce Developer starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Salesforce Administrator at Global HR Research from August 2020 to February 2023.

From April 2019 to July 2020, Kyle worked at Complete Care as a Salesforce Platform Manager, responsible for software analysis, design, and configuration. Kyle also maintained and troubleshooted existing configurations and development. Before that, they served as a Sr. Salesforce Administrator at Complete Care from October 2018 to April 2019, where they supported data management, dashboards, reports, and other functional areas.

Before transitioning to Salesforce-related roles, Kyle gained experience in customer service and technical support. Kyle worked as an eCommerce Sales and Service Agent at The Walt Disney Company from October 2017 to April 2018, where they resolved various technical issues and improved training strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Reservations Agent/ Ops support at TravelClick from November 2016 to August 2017.

Kyle's career in Salesforce began at Centerstance, where they worked as a Solutions Specialist from February 2012 to November 2012. Kyle managed the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud "Best Practices" as a Premier Level Salesforce consulting partner. Before that, they provided Premier Tier 2 Admin Support for Salesforce.com as a private contractor from August 2011 to February 2012.

Kyle Chapman's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Arts & Design, which they obtained from Full Sail University between 2008 and 2010. Kyle later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their college education, Kyle graduated from Indian River High School in 2007, where they completed the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

In addition to their formal education, Kyle Chapman has received two certifications from Salesforce. Kyle obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in July 2020 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in July 2018.
