Lucie Michalikova

Lucie Michalikova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Office/HR Administrator at UPEK. In 2010, they joined E-Consulting as a Payroll Assistant, where they handled external payroll processing for multiple clients. At CA Technologies, from 2011 to 2021, Lucie held various roles including HR Generalist and Administrative Coordinator. Lucie'sresponsibilities included administrative support for the development department, coordinating events, communicating with vendors and departments, supporting Scrum teams, and organizing meetings. Currently, Lucie works at Outreach as a Jr. HR Specialist and will transition to the role of HR Operations Specialist in 2023.

Lucie Michalikova received their Bachelor's degree in Adult Education from Univerzita J.A.Komenského, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended VOŠ Podskalská from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Personnel Management.
