Wanda Wasik

Wanda Wasik has a diverse background in HR and People Operations, with experience spanning multiple industries. Wanda most recently worked at Outreach as a Senior People Practice Leader, overseeing global technology HRBP teams in the U.S. and Prague. Prior to that, they served as a People Practice Leader, driving people strategy alignment across global Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Wanda also has experience as a Senior HR Business Partner at Impinj, where they supported engineering groups and served as a member of the HR leadership team. Additionally, they held the role of Head of People at Betts, where they built a scalable HR infrastructure and foundation. Before that, Wanda worked at Yapstone as an HR Manager, overseeing global HR operations, and at OpenTable as a Human Resources Coordinator. Wanda began their career as an HR Assistant at Community Health for Asian Americans and the University of Puget Sound. Wanda has a strong track record of guiding, influencing, and coaching senior leadership and management teams and implementing HR programs.

Wanda Wasik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Business and Psychology from the University of Puget Sound. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Analytics for Talent Management (ATM) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in May 2016, and in Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) from HCI in November 2015. Wanda is also pursuing certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
