Terri Hathaway

Terri Hathaway has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the customer service industry. Terri is currently the Director of BPO Accounts at Outsource Consultants, LLC since February 2020. Prior to that, Terri worked at Alorica as a Site Director from March 2012 to April 2019, where they effectively managed a large team of agents and implemented developmental programs. Terri also worked at NCO Financial Systems as AVP Sales/Acquisitions Programs & Support Services Functions from January 2008 to March 2012, overseeing sales acquisitions and improving results. Terri served as the Director of Telemarketing at CPP North America from September 2006 to January 2008, streamlining strategies and improving vendor performance. Terri also gained experience as the Director of Performance Maximization at ePerformax from June 2004 to June 2005. Earlier in their career, Terri worked as AVP Telemarketing at First USA Bank | Bank One from October 1996 to December 2002, overseeing RFPs, vendor selection, and program launches. Terri also held roles at Metris as Senior Manager, Call Center Operations in 1996 and at Rivertown Trading as Call Center Manager from May 1987 to December 1996.
