Ben Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in customer success, professional services, and online marketing. Most recently, they worked at OutSystems as the Head of Global Customer Care, where they established and led a new global department of escalation managers. Ben also spearheaded the development of proactive approaches to address the unique needs of key strategic customers. Prior to that, Ben worked at WordStream, where they held multiple roles such as Associate Director of Customer Success & Technical Support, Senior Manager of Professional Services, and Manager of Customer Success. Ben played a key role in building the Customer Support organization from scratch, designing and implementing internal processes that significantly improved case response time and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they led the WordStream Strategic Consulting organization and successfully grew the client portfolio through account growth and upselling opportunities. Before their time at WordStream, Ben worked as an Online Marketing Specialist at ForwardJump Marketing, where they drove clients' sales through search engine marketing, managed Facebook marketing campaigns, and handled PPC campaigns using Google AdWords and WordStream.

Ben Cohen graduated from the University of Maine in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in both Marketing and Business Management. Ben also holds certifications from Microsoft Bing and Google AdWords, including being a Bing Ads Accredited Professional and Individually Certified in AdWords. Additionally, they completed the Intelligent.ly Exchange Program.
