Karlis Loen has a range of work experience starting from 1996. Karlis worked as a Technical Support Specialist II at Western Digital from November 1996 to December 1998, where they handled phone calls and provided support for hard drive installation or failure. From April 1999 to November 2000, they worked as a Sr Web Developer at Craig's Creative Concepts, responsible for designing external web pages and applications, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining the corporate website. From January 2001 to September 2001, Karlis worked at IBM as an IBM NetVista ThinClient NetworkStation Technical Support, providing installation, configuration, and defect support for IBM Network Station products. Karlis then worked as a Consultant from 2001 to 2003, and as a Customer Support Lead at Charter Communications from August 2003 to September 2017. From March 2018 to May 2019, Karlis worked as a Lead IT Technician at Best Western Hotels & Resorts, providing technical support, work direction, and mentorship to the technical team. Finally, since May 2019, they have been employed as a System Engineer at OvationCXM.
Karlis Loen received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, which they pursued from 2016 to 2017.
