Colin Sledge

Colin Sledge has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Mechanical Engineer at Boeing in 2010. In 2012, they took on an internship as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at C&D Zodiac. The following year, they were a Teaching Assistant at UC Irvine. From 2014 to 2017, they held two roles at UC Irvine, as a Teaching Assistant and Senior Design Project Global Coordinator. During this time, they also worked as an Aerodynamics Engineer at Tier 1 Engineering and a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Karem Aircraft, Inc. Colin'smost recent role was as a Sr. Engineer at Overair, which they began in 2022.

Colin Sledge received their Double Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine in 2012. Colin then went on to receive their Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace from UC Irvine in 2014. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from UC Irvine in 2021.
