Karsten Wolke

Karsten Wolke has a rich history in software engineering and technology management. Karsten began their career as an IT Architect at Product Value Systems AG in 2008 before moving on to Market Logic Software in 2010, where they held several senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and Platform & Architecture. During their time at Market Logic Software, they played a key role in transforming the organization towards a continuous delivery way of working and expanding to over 200 microservices. In 2021, they joined Oviva as the Vice President of Engineering.

Karsten Wolke completed their Diplom - Informatiker (Dipl. - Inf.) degree in Praktische Informatik from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven in 2003. Karsten went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and Engineering from De Montfort University in 2007.
