Erin Hutchison Smith

Erin Hutchison Smith is currently a People and Culture Plant Manager at O-I, overseeing various HR services and labor relations. Previously, Erin worked as a Site HR/LR Partner at General Motors and as a Human Resources Manager at Walmart. Erin holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Salisbury University.
