Gilat Naor

Gilat Naor has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gilat started their career in 1993 as a Programmer at Mashovit, followed by a role as a System Analyst and Programmer at Infosystems in 1994. Gilat then joined Comverse Technology, Inc., where they held various positions including Software Engineer, Team Leader, System Architect, and Solution Architect. In these roles, they had technical responsibility for next-generation voicemail systems, participated in on-site technical workshops, and drove major design decisions.

In 2012, Gilat joined HP Software as a Technical Product Manager, where they led cross-application delivery management activities and was responsible for the roadmap and development of the LoadRunner performance testing product. Gilat also submitted innovative patents developed for the product.

Gilat then moved on to Viaccess-Orca in 2018 as a Senior Product Manager and later as a Product Management Director. Gilat'sresponsibilities included leading the transformation of the TV platform to a cloud-based solution, leading the product lifecycle, and defining product specifications for infrastructure features.

In 2021, Gilat worked as a Product Manager at Quali before joining OwnBackup as a Senior Product Manager. Finally, in 2023, they became the Product Manager Director of their own company.

Gilat Naor obtained a B.Sc degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University from 1989 to 1991. In January 2021, they also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
