Rich Kline

Rich Kline has extensive work experience in different companies and roles. Rich is currently the VP of Solution Engineering at Own Company since September 2019. Rich also held the same role at OwnBackup from September 2019 to October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce for many years, where they held various positions including Group Vice President of Solution Engineering, Vice President of Solution Engineering, Sr. Director of Sales Engineering, Director of Sales Engineering, Manager of Sales Engineering, and Sr. Sales Engineer. Before joining Salesforce, Rich worked at Macrovision as a Manager of Sales Engineering and Sr. Sales Engineer, and as a Strategy Consultant. Rich started their career at Intraware as an Account Executive and at BITSource as the Founder and Director of Business Development. Rich also worked at Synopsys as a Product Manager and at Apple Computer as a Product Manager.

Rich Kline obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, they received certifications as a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) in 2009 and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in 2008.
