Michele Mislang, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as HR Manager at Oxbo International Corporation, where they started in June 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a SR Human Resources Generalist at Jamco America from September 2005 to March 2013. Before joining Jamco America, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at KOMO Television from January 2001 to September 2005. Their earliest HR role was as an HR Generalist at Summit At Snoqualmie, where they worked from October 1999 to October 2000.

Michele Mislang, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the Washington State University - College of Business and Economics, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Michele also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Personnel during the same time period at Washington State University. Prior to that, Michele attended the University of Puget Sound from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their educational achievements, they obtained the Senior Human Resource Professional certification from HRCI in January 2009.
