Soren Sturup-Toft

Soren Sturup-Toft has extensive work experience in global people and mobility operations. Soren most recently worked at Oxa as the Global People and Mobility Operations Director. Prior to that, they held roles at TikTok as the Head of Immigration and Global Mobility Lead for EMEA, Bayer as a Local Mobility Expert and Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and MoveAssist International as a Global Mobility Consultant. Soren also has experience as an Independent Global Mobility Consultant and worked at BG Group as a Global Mobility Case Manager and Advisor. Earlier in their career, Soren worked at Fujitsu as an HR Advisor and at Manpower as a Recruitment Consultant.

Soren Sturup-Toft has a High School Diploma, with a focus on A-Levels, from Horsens Statsskole, obtained from 1996 to 1999. Soren then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Film with Media Studies from Buckinghamshire New University, from 2003 to 2006. Soren completed their education with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of West London, from 2008 to 2010.
