Katy Goldwater

Katy Goldwater has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Katy'smost recent position was as the Chief People Officer at Oxa, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant, Interim and Executive Coach, providing strategic advisory work and executive coaching on a freelance basis. Katy has also held roles at TikTok as the VP of HR for EMEA, Astellas Europe as the Executive Director of HR for Established Markets, and Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Programme Lead for HR Transformation and various HR Director positions. Katy has also worked at GE Capital International and GE Healthcare in various HR leadership roles. Katy began their career as a Senior HR Advisor at Notting Hill Housing Trust and as a Consultant at CEB, now Gartner.

Katy Goldwater has a diverse education history. Katy completed their MSc in Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International HR Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2002-2003. Katy'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography, was attained at the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Katy holds a certification in Workplace Mediation from Acas.
