Alex Trevino

Alex Trevino is a PhD candidate at the University of Utah, where previous academic achievements include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at OxEon Energy, Alex has successfully developed a chromium barrier coating that reduced porosity and chromium content in fuel cells. Prior experience includes an engineering internship focused on interconnect manufacturing and quality assurance, and roles in customer service and training in the financial sector. Alex began a career in plumbing, contributing to residential water usage design and installation.
