Marc Cohen

Marc Cohen serves as the Research Lead at Oxfam America since December 2008, focusing on aid effectiveness and global food security while chairing the Oxfam Research Network’s Steering Committee. Previously, Marc held roles as a Senior Researcher at Oxfam America, a Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), and a Senior Researcher at Bread for the World. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts in French from Carleton College, and a Diplome in Etudes Francaises from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
