Shatakshi Srivastava

Shatakshi Srivastava has a diverse range of work experience in the non-profit and development sectors. Shatakshi has recently (since 2022) worked at Oxfam as the Priority Projects Lead, where they coordinated emergency appeals, served as the regional focal point for Africa, and facilitated funding for programs. Prior to this role, they were a Team Executive at Oxfam, where they managed Salesforce, produced humanitarian snapshots, and supported contract management. In 2021, Shatakshi worked as a Researcher at Prospectus, specializing in recruiting for director and CEO positions in the beyond-profit sector. Shatakshi also volunteered at Oxfam and undertook a placement-based dissertation at Red Rocks Rwanda. Additionally, Shatakshi gained experience as a Project Intern at UNDP, conducting surveys and interviews, preparing evaluation reports, and supporting impact assessments. Shatakshi completed their Master's degree in International Development at the University of Edinburgh in 2021.

Shatakshi Srivastava completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Azim Premji University from 2016 to 2019. Shatakshi then pursued an MSc in International Development from The University of Edinburgh, graduating in 2021. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies" from Harvard Online, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
