Shelley Thompson

Shelley Thompson is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in the charity sector. Currently serving as the Head of New Partnerships at Oxfam since February 2023, Shelley leads a team focused on building relationships with foundation partners to enhance Oxfam's impact. Previously, Shelley held the role of Head of Bespoke Fundraising at Dreams Come True Children's Charity, emphasizing corporate partnerships and tailored proposals to maximize support for children's dreams. A substantial tenure at Cancer Research UK included various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Regional Manager, where Shelley led a team to excel in fundraising across multiple regions.
