Nicholas Xanthis

Nicholas Xanthis has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Nicholas most recently worked as the Head of Account Management at Oxford Economics Australia, where they oversaw the management of key accounts. Prior to this, they held roles as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at the same company. In these roles, they gained expertise in economic forecasting and analysis.

Before joining Oxford Economics, Nicholas worked independently as a traveler for a brief period in 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Business Development Manager at SHL, focusing on new business development in Sweden and Denmark. Nicholas was responsible for selling talent assessment, management, and technology services to key account clients.

Nicholas also gained experience at CEB, where they held various roles including Relationship Manager, Product Manager (APAC), Account Management Representative, and Business Development Specialist. Nicholas'sresponsibilities included managing client relationships, providing support, and generating new business.

Nicholas Xanthis completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Management, Government and International Relations, and Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Sydney between 2006 and 2011. Nicholas attended Newington College for their high school education from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an OPQ Certification from CEB (now Gartner) in 2017. Nicholas also completed various online courses on video conference calls, remote working, virtual meetings, stress management, time management, and productivity through LinkedIn in 2020, as well as a course on learning WebEx in 2018.
