Menno Lammers

Menno Lammers serves as the Director of Laboratory Services Europe at Oxford Global Resources since November 2019, overseeing the laboratory division's recruitment efforts across pharma, food, biotech, and petrochemistry sectors. Previously, Menno held several roles at LabResource, including Country Manager, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, business development, and operational oversight. Menno's recruitment experience spans both senior and entry-level positions within life sciences and related fields. Earlier career roles include research technician positions at Utrecht University, focusing on microbiology and immunology, and educational roles that involved teaching laboratory techniques to high school students. Menno holds a Master’s degree in Immunity & Infection and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Utrecht University, alongside a VWO diploma from ROC Eindhoven.
