Alison Gingo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alison started their career in 2002 as an Accounting Intern at Shared P.E.T. Imaging, LLC, where they performed various accounting tasks and contributed to cost savings initiatives. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Staff Auditor at Julian & Grube, Inc, conducting financial audits for different governmental organizations. In 2007, they joined L Brands as a Senior Auditor, specializing in social compliance and customs compliance audits. Alison also managed the conflict minerals program and engaged with international suppliers and partners. In 2020, they moved on to JCPenney as a Responsible Sourcing Director, overseeing responsible sourcing initiatives. Alison then joined Tommy Bahama in 2021, working in the field of responsibility and sustainability. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Corporate Responsibility at Oxford Industries, where they are responsible for corporate responsibility efforts.

Alison Gingo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from The Ohio State University. Alison completed their degree between the years 2002 and 2005.
