Becky Jones

Becky Jones has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the retail industry, specifically in bookshops and e-commerce. Becky started their career as a Bookseller at Dillons in 1989, where they were responsible for buying, stock management, customer service, and staff training. Becky then became a Manager at Blackwell's Bookshops, overseeing retail and staff management at a busy university bookshop. In 2003, they joined Foyles as an E-Commerce Manager, where they managed their internet commerce operations and relaunched their website platform. Becky also held other management positions at Foyles before leaving in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an E-Commerce Manager at Boswells of Oxford, where they led the creation of a new e-commerce website and managed all aspects of digital marketing. In 2018, they became the General Manager at Boswells. Currently, they are working at Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd as a Business Services Analyst, where they are involved in project management and business data analysis for improvement projects.
