Jo Powell-Bright

Jo Powell-Bright is an experienced communications director with a long-standing career at Oxford PharmaGenesis since November 2015, having previously served in various roles including communications team leader, account director, and senior medical writer since May 2007. Prior to this, Jo worked as a post-doctoral scientist at the Genomics Research Institute, UWE, WHRI at Cardiff University, and Bristol University from October 2005 to May 2007. Academic contributions include part-time lectureship and undergraduate research assistant roles at the University of the West of England and the University of Bristol. Jo holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology and Human Physiology from the University of the West of England.
