Caroline Thuo

Caroline is a programme management professional with over 15 years’ experience in a variety of sectors including energy, climate change, education, social protection, advocacy and civic engagement, economic development, and humanitarian assistance. Through her programme management and advisory work in Kenya and the region of east Africa, Caroline supports projects in outlining activities and developing program plans to achieve their intended outcomes. She has extensive experience in project start-up and close-out support, stakeholder engagement, analysis of value for money, risk management, budget development and monitoring, and client relationship and grant management. With broad experience of working with both the public and private sector, Caroline offers practical support in project delivery and organisation operations.
