Rebecca Branford-Bowd

Rebecca Branford-Bowd is an accomplished Principal Consultant in Climate Change and Risk at Oxford Policy Management, with extensive experience in international development. Previous roles include Asia Regional Director and Director of Climate and Environment at Tetra Tech, as well as Programme Delivery Team Leader for the New Zealand Climate Change Programme and Country Manager for Indonesia and the Philippines. Rebecca has also worked as a Rural Development Practitioner as an Independent Consultant and held various positions at URS Corporation, including Practice Leader for Environment and Natural Resources and Senior Social Scientist. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) in Geographical and Environmental Studies from the University of Adelaide.
