Steve Coppin

Steve Coppin serves as the Global Head of IT (CIO) at Oxford Policy Management since June 2021, focusing on digital transformation and strategic development. Previously, Steve was the Chief Technology Officer at XPGroup Holdings, where responsibilities included scaling technology services for the automotive industry. As Head of IT at Alzheimer's Society, Steve oversaw a significant IT transformation affecting 10,000 staff and volunteers. Other notable positions include Head of Business Systems at Waste and Resources Action Programme, various roles at the University of Oxford, Global Head of Systems Engineering at Reed Elsevier, and Director of Global Infrastructure at NatWest Markets. Steve holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Strategic Management of Information Systems and an MBA, both from The Open University, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University.
