Amber-Rose Cooper

Amber-Rose Cooper is a skilled molecular biology technician with extensive experience in COVID-19 testing and educational support in the sciences. Currently serving as a Senior Molecular Biology Technician at Oxitec Ltd since July 2022, Amber-Rose previously operated as a PCR Scientist at Your Doctor Film & Media, where responsibilities included providing COVID-19 PCR testing amidst high-pressure environments. Amber-Rose's background also features a role as a COVID-19 Genetic Technologist at Oncologica UK, focusing on RT-PCR testing in a UKAS accredited laboratory. In addition to technical roles, Amber-Rose has experience in tutoring various science subjects to KS3 and GCSE students, and has completed relevant degrees in Biology from the University of Bristol.
