Kristof Pauwels has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Kristof started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 1996, where they held the role of Associate Director GMP QA R&D. Kristof was responsible for various tasks, including deviation and CAPA management, complaint management, SOP management, and inspection support. Kristof also fulfilled the duties of a Qualified Person for Investigational Medicinal Products. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they managed global teams and implemented Global Quality Standards within the R&D organization. In 2011, they joined Baxter Healthcare as Director QA IV Therapy, where they served until 2017. Afterwards, they moved to UCB, where they worked as Associate Director GMP Corporate QA for a brief period of time. Currently, since 2017, they are employed at Oxurion NV as the Global Head of QA/QP.
Kristof Pauwels completed their Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at KU Leuven, from 1989 to 1996.
