April Ramsey

April Ramsey is currently serving as the Portfolio Director at P.B. Bell. With a diverse background in property management, April has held positions as Regional Manager at Greystar and Pillar Properties, as well as Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential. April has experience in strategic planning, budgeting, conflict resolution, tenant screening, and customer satisfaction. April has also managed various communities in Seattle and Tacoma, displaying their expertise in the field. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Central Washington University, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Pierce College.
