Selcuk Anar

Selcuk Anar has over 30 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Director of the Program Management Office at P.I. Works, Inc. since September 2015, leading global product and service delivery projects. Prior roles include Key Account Director at Türk Telekom, where business development and key customer relationships were managed, and Director of Managed Services, overseeing planning, optimization, and operation services. Anar previously held significant positions at Huawei Technologies as Director of Sales for Service Solutions, and at Avea, serving as Director of Network Optimization. Early career experiences at Turkcell included roles as Performance & Quality Director, Network Operation Manager, and Chief Engineer, where foundational expertise in mobile network operations and planning was developed. Anar began a career in telecommunications at Turk Telekom as a Transmission Engineer. Anar holds multiple degrees from Istanbul Technical University, including MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and BSc in Electrical Engineering.
