Lisa Flannery has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and instructional design. Lisa most recently worked as a Sr. Learning Management Specialist at IFS. Prior to that, they were a Sr. HRIS Analyst at P2 Energy Solutions. Lisa also served as an HR Systems Administrator at Builders FirstSource, where they led the design and application of the Talent Management process using Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD). Lisa was responsible for executing complex tasks within the system and resolving any related issues. Before that, Lisa worked as a Talent Management Analyst and an Instructional Designer at ProBuild. In these roles, they created talent and performance data reports, developed talent management solutions, and designed eLearning training programs. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Accenture, where they developed training programs for various clients. Lisa also worked as a Systems Trainer at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc., launching a training program and programming Point of Sale systems. Additionally, Lisa worked as a Travel Trainer at Navigant International - Carlson Wagnolit Travel, where they created and facilitated training programs and developed technical training manuals.

Lisa Flannery, HRIP, holds a Masters of Arts degree in Instructional Design and Training, which they obtained from Regis University between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in E-Business at the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Lisa Flannery has obtained the Cornerstone Core Specialist certification from Cornerstone OnDemand in January 2022.
