Mark Tattershall

Mr. Mark Tattershall is a Vice President at P4G where he leads all aspects of sales and business development for the existing and future portfolio of P4G's investments in Aerospace and Defense. Mr. Tattershall is a recognized expert in putting together world-class Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams and processes that rapidly accelerate company growth through enhanced value propositions, differentiation, and deep customer relationships.

Mr. Tattershall has over 35 years of Aerospace experience in a variety of roles, including Engineer, Aircraft Inspector, Engineering Manager and several Director and Vice President Senior Business Development Leadership roles. He has a successful track record of driving organic and non-organic growth across companies, including turnarounds. Mr. Tattershall has an extensive network of relationships across the aerospace and defense industries.

Prior to joining P4G, Mr. Tattershall worked at Arnprior/ASMG as Vice President of Business Development for their group of privately held multi-national companies. As part of the Acorn Growth Companies (AGC) and Edgewater Funds Capital, he was Vice President of Business Development for Unitech and supported acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Tattershall held Senior Business Development and other key positions at Stark/IAI, Kaman Aerospace, Breeze-Eastern, Capewell, Amsafe Bridport and Westland (Leonardo) Helicopters.

Mr. Tattershall holds a B.S. in Engineering Business Development from Bournemouth University.
