Ian Boyton

Ian Boyton serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PA Consulting since March 2023. Previously, Ian held several senior recruitment roles at Atos from July 2013 to January 2023, including Director of Group Executives Resourcing & Development, where responsibilities encompassed global leadership hiring, succession planning, and executive leadership development. Ian also served as Group Head of Executive Recruitment, overseeing global recruitment for senior leadership positions, and as Global Recruitment Programme Manager, leading initiatives for shared services and recruitment technology. Additional experience includes positions at Dollar Financial Group, Best Buy Europe, The Carphone Warehouse, Jobsite, and Nortel Networks, with a foundational education in Management Studies from Brunel University London.
