Donald Hampton Jr. (Donnie) joined Pace Industries as President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2020. Previously, Donnie was an executive officer delivering more than two decades of global leadership for premier companies such as Honeywell International /Allied Signal, Maxion Wheels/Hayes Lemmerz, Rea Magnet Wire Company, and Faurecia. Throughout his previous roles, he ignited revenue and profit growth, equity value creation, and world-class standards of operational excellence.

He began his professional career with Allied Signal in Fostoria, Ohio as a Supervisor at their spark plug plant. After holding several roles with increasing responsibility at Allied Signal, Donnie joined Hayes Lemmerz International in Detroit, Michigan as the Director of Operational Excellence for North America. He progressed through various leadership roles including Vice President-North America, Vice President, and General Manager – North and South America, and Vice President of Global Manufacturing. He left Hayes Lemmerz to assume the role of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Rea Magnet Wire in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After two years at Rea Magnet Wire, he joined Faurecia in 2016 as the President North America Interiors Division.

Donnie was born and raised in Fostoria, Ohio, and is a graduate of Fostoria High School. Mr. Hampton is also a veteran of eight years with two branches of service having served in the Army National Guard and with the United States Navy in Atsugi, Japan. He earned both his BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of that institution.
