Ericka Stephens

Ericka Stephens joined Pace Industries as Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2020. She brings with her over 19 years of HR management experience and a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining the best people. In this role, she is responsible for cultivating and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Prior to joining Pace, Ericka served as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources for Faurecia, a publicly held tier-one global automotive manufacturing supplier. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the transportation industry and higher education. Ericka’s areas of expertise include HR operations, labor relations, succession planning, performance development, and high-impact training and engagement programs.

Ericka is a true Michigander – born and raised in Benton Harbor, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She also obtained the Ignite People and Teams Certification from the London School of Business in 2019.
