Marshall Haines

Marshall Haines has extensive experience in various senior leadership roles in the manufacturing and operations sectors. Marshall started their career at Valmont Industries as the Vice President of Operations Communications Division from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they worked at Prescolite Division of Hubbell Lighting as an Operations Manager from 2001 to 2006. Marshall then joined Leggett and Platt Aluminum Group as the Vice President of Manufacturing from 2006 to 2008. Marshall currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Pace Industries, LLC, where they have undertaken several executive roles since 2008, including Division President and Vice President of Materials and Logistics.

Marshall Haines pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from 1979 to 1982 at California State Polytechnic University-San Luis Obsipo. Subsequently, they enrolled at John F. Kennedy University from 1983 to 1987, where they acquired their Master of Business Administration in Business.
